Your treatment begins with a 10 minute medical & lifestyle consultation whilst cleansing your feet in a Himalayan salt foot soak. It is then followed by a 50 minute bespoke foot reflexology treatment. This deeply relaxing treatment will help stimulate the body’s own healing system which can help treat a variety of physical and emotional ailments.

This package combines foot and facial reflexology for some seriously relaxing ‘me- time’. Your treatment will begin with a soothing pink Himalayan salt foot soak, followed by 30 minutes of facial reflexology and then a further 50 minutes of foot reflexology. By the end, you will feel calm, rebalanced and energised.

During your facial reflexology treatment, your face is cleansed before organic rose hip oil is massaged into the skin. Gentle pressure is then applied to the different reflex points on the face to help support the body’s natural healing systems. Your treatment will also include facial massage and the use of derma rollers and Gua Sha tools to help sculpt and lift the face. Facial reflexology is beneficial in stimulating collagen and elastin, making it the perfect anti- ageing treatment for toned and glowing skin.
